Our Strategy Labs are not traditional training sessions
They are immersive, inductive experiences where we think together, challenge assumptions, and explore new strategic possibilities — always grounded in your organisation’s unique context.
The focus is on experimentation, reflection, and dialogue. Through a mix of proven frameworks, critical questioning, and collective sensemaking, we create space for leadership teams to grapple with complexity, embrace paradoxes, and identify what truly matters in delivering your mission.
In each Lab, you will engage with the deeper patterns that shape your operating environment — and develop leadership responses that are fit for today’s dynamic, uncertain world.
Here is how the day may look for you
9:00–10:30 – Session 1: Understanding Complexity — Seeing the System
We will explore how to make sense of complex environments and uncover interdependencies using a systems lens.
10:30–10:45 – Break
10:45–12:30 – Session 2: Rethinking Value Creation
This session invites you to re-examine how your organisation creates value — and how that value is evolving in the face of disruption.
12:30–13:30 – Lunch
13:30–15:00 – Session 3: Navigating Paradoxes — The Power of Both/And Thinking
We will look at the leadership challenge of managing competing priorities and explore frameworks for embracing tension creatively and productively.
15:00–15:15 – Break
15:15–16:15 – Session 4: Building What Matters
This final session focuses on translating insight into action. We will surface the organisational priorities and leadership behaviours that matter most for strategic transformation.
16:15–16:30 – Wrap-up and Commitments
